  1. What is the new Pickle Points Program?
    • Pickle Points is Mr. Pickle’s Sandwich Shops Loyalty Program, which features bankable points.
  2. How does it work?
    • EVERY $1 = 1 POINT (PICKLE POINTS ARE NOT EARNED ON DISCOUNTED ORDERS, PROMOTIONAL ITEMS, or PICKLE GEAR, and EXCLUDES SALES TAX). Points will auto convert to a free sandwich/salad when you reach 150 points. (Auto converted points will expire after 6 months)
  3. How do I earn Rewards with Pickle Points?
    • We now have a bankable points program, which allows you to save your points and redeem for higher priced options or redeem as you can, with lower priced items.
  4. What are the different levels of Rewards?
    • At 25 points you can redeem for a Fountain Drink
    • At 50 Points you can redeem for a Fountain Drink & Chips
    • At 125 you can redeem for a half sandwich (up to $6.99)
    • At 150 Points you can redeem for a whole sandwich (up to $10.99)
  5. Where do I go to activate my Rewards?
  6. Why doesn’t the cashier see my Rewards?
    • You must log in to your Pickle Points account via the app or online and activate your Reward.  You will have 72 hours to use your Reward from the time of activation.
  7. Where can I redeem Pickle Points?
  8. Do I need a card?
    • No, Pickle Points work off your 10-digit phone #
  9. What if I forget the phone # I used?
    • We can also look up your account by your name or email address. 
  10. I forgot to give my Pickle Point information at the register, can I still get points for my order?
    • Yes, by going to our website, www.mrpickles.com/contact, click on the link at the bottom of the page that says Customer Feedback, go to General Inquiry and click on Pickle Points Help Ticket
  11. Do Pickle Points expire?
    • Points do not expire, but once you earn enough points to convert to a reward, and you activate that reward, you will have 72 hours to redeem.
  12. Why don’t I get Pickle Points when I use a coupon?
    • Pickle Points are not accumulated for discounted items, promotional items, and excludes sales tax
  13. Can I save up my points?
    • Points can accumulate but once you convert your points into a reward, they will expire in 72 hours.
  14. Can multiple rewards be used during one transaction?
    • Yes, they can.
  15.  How does a customer find out how many points they have?
    • In-shop: Cashier can print out Rewards Summary
    • Sign Into your Account online at www.mrpickles.com/pickle-points or download our Mr. Pickles app from the App Stores on IOS, or Android.
  16.  Can my Pickle’s Points be redeemed for cash?
    • No cash value – see terms and conditions online at www.mrpickles.com
  17.  Why do you need my information? Can I opt out?
    • Occasionally Mr. Pickle’s Shops in your local area may send out a mailer or an email informing you of a Pickle Deal or Event. You can opt out of these mailings and emails by going into your account online, then go to Edit Preferences to opt out.
  18.  Can I use my Pickle Point Rewards for online/mobile ordering?
    • Pickle Points Rewards are good for redemption online and in store.
  19.  I didn’t get points for my online order?
    • If you utilize a coupon or promotion, points do not accrue for discounted items.
  20.  I don’t have a Pickle Points Account yet; can I get credit for my purchase today? 
    • To get credit for today’s order, simply go to the Mr. Pickle’s website, www.mrpickles.com/contact, click on Customer Feedback, General Inquiry, then click on Pickle Points Help Ticket
  21.  Can I sign my company up for Pickle Points?
    • The program is designed for individual use.
  22. Do I get points for catering orders?
    • Yes, catering orders are included in the Pickle Point Program.
