Cupid’s been at it again! That arrow has hit Mr. Friend, boomeranged off of him and hit me square in the butt dots! In tribute to finest show on TV (Arrested Development), the city of Chicago hosted MotherBoy 2006! Buttercup went through several outfits before deciding on the timely Olympic speedskater theme. We were disqualified from the “cutest couple” competition when Buttercup’s martinis and ice skates disabled her walking/dancing ability and she crashed into a large plant early in the night. I can’t wait for Motherboy ‘07!

I’ve got to stop wearing my dog-bone underwear to work! The big dog, Harry Molar, chewed my butt today after catching me on iTunes. He was all, “Pic-KLES! What are you doing? Get back to work! Add some value! Hur-rumph! Blah! Blah!” Of course, I was adding value- to anyone looking for sweet iMixes. And it completely relates to my job, since the songs are all about travel. Mr. Friend recently got a sweet gig as an art class model. Last Saturday, he gorged himself and got sick eating a dozen jelly donuts, so I ended up covering his sculpture class. I was asked to sit on a stage and strike a serious pose first. It was as if lightning struck the students with inspiration. They came to feel my face, clay began flying, and the teacher hooted with delight over their projects. The finished works were amazing…my favorite was made by a prodigy Wisconsin girl. How she captured my soul, I’ll never know. Thank you Zoe!
